By accessing or using the AgentFlow platform at https://agentflow.llc ("Service"), operated by AgentFlow Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access the Service, including free demo users and paid subscribers.

AgentFlow provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for creating, configuring, and deploying AI-powered customer support agents on websites. The Service includes a dashboard, embeddable chat widget, knowledge base management, analytics, and optional integration with third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI).

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at info@agentflow.llc
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through AI agents
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use AI agents to provide medical, legal, or financial advice without proper licensing
• Process sensitive personal data without appropriate consent and safeguards

You retain ownership of all content you upload to AgentFlow, including knowledge base entries, agent configurations, and conversation data ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and for ensuring your AI agents provide correct information to your customers.

AgentFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy through knowledge base grounding, AI outputs may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current
• You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining your knowledge base
• Human oversight and escalation paths are recommended for all deployments
• We are not liable for decisions made by your customers based on AI responses

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase per our refund policy. Contact info@agentflow.llc for billing inquiries.

The AgentFlow platform, including its software, design, logo, documentation, and branding, is owned by AgentFlow Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, hosting providers). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTFLOW TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
